The BreathBit Combo includes two sizes of flexible silicone mouth shields and four sizes of soft nasal dilators, designed for adults and adolescents.
The soft, flexible silicone material fits comfortably between lips and teeth (gums and gums) without the use of adhesives or mouth patches.

The Details:
1) COMPLETE SET: This perfectly functioning, comfortable anti-snoring device consists of: 2 sizes of silicone mouth shield and 4 sizes of nasal dilators for a personalized fit, designed for adults and adolescents. It was developed by our Medical Ergonomist and the developer of the first "in-nose" NasiVent, based on years of experience with human breathing.
2) INNOVATIVE ERGONOMIC DESIGN: Unique duckbill valve for controlled exhalation and natural nasal inhalation. Both components conform to any nose and mouth (vestibule). 1. Always wash the NasiVent and BreathBit from the packaging with soap and water before use to remove any loosening agent.
2. Wash your product regularly after use. Dried nasal mucus can irritate a sensitive nose.
3. Place the NasiVent with the tips facing forward so that they sit in the tip of your nose for a secure fit.
4. Choose a size that fits comfortably and not too tightly. You can adjust the depth of the NasiVent by cutting one or more of the rings. Cut precisely between the rings.
5. Place the BreathBit between your lips and teeth, with the large wings on the inside between your molars.
6. You can flavor the BreathBit with your favorite toothpaste if desired. Let it work during the day and rinse before use. Don't overpower the taste.
7. The duck valve in the BreathBit allows you to exhale in a controlled manner and enables healthy "pursed lips" breathing (Search on Google). It keeps your mouth closed with your tongue in the correct position and with space between your teeth. Unconscious mouth breathing disappears.
